Neil Ames



Neil has 29 years industry experience in delivering soft services to the corporate sector. He is a shareholder in Acuity’s parent company - Axis Group, joining the business in 2007. In 2013 Neil co-founded the Acuity division of the business.


Having both an operational and commercial background, Neil recognises that discerning clients view value for money not only in financial terms but also in relation to quality of service provision.

Neil’s primary focus is on the commercial side of the business, designing front of house solutions that meet the requirements and expectations of both Acuity’s clients and employees.

Chiara Di Renzo



Chiara Di Rienzo has 19 years of experience in managing front of house operations for 5 star hotels and corporate environments. Chiara co-founded Acuity in 2013 with a vision to bringing high end hotels’ front of house standards to the corporate sector in London.


As a consultant, she enjoys helping companies to bring their brand into life, designing frameworks and creating a culture where colleagues put internal and external customers at the heart of what they do.
