The second ACS Pacesetters Achievement Awards Luncheon organised by FM Contract Watch, was held in the Castle Suite, Royal Windsor Racecourse on Wednesday, May 20 2015, before a formidable gathering of member companies, end users and “Security Officers of Distinction”.
Throughout the day there were a total of 14 awards for security officers selected by the sponsors and based on nominations from their clients, with an endorsement by their own company. Nominations included individuals who have either given meritorious service to the industry over a long period or, alternatively, have averted some major crisis on their client’s premises.
Jameel Jobey of Axis Security Services received a “Security Officer of Distinction Award” for showing himself to be an outstanding security officer on numerous occasions. Congratulations to a very deserving winner and well done to all security officers who were nominated.
The ACS Pacesetters membership is made up of security companies who are in the top 15% benchmarking and achievement levels set by the Security Industry Authority Approved Contractor Scheme. There are currently 790 Contract Security Guarding Companies who have achieved ACS accreditation, however, only 119 are eligible to join the Pacesetters proving they are best in class.
