Axis Security, a leading provider of bespoke security services, has for the third year in a row been selected in three categories at the Security and Fire Excellence Awards, including Security Guarding Company of the Year, an award the company has won three times in the last four years.
For the first time, Axis has been selected for the Training Initiative of the Year award in recognition of its modern Security Management course. The course blends traditional security theory with strong commercial skills and awareness, better preparing security managers for the commercial challenges now intrinsic to their role. The course has been accredited with a Level 4 certificate by Industry Qualifications (IQ) and feedback from students, the awarding body and external verifier, has been that the course is extremely well-structured, balanced and practical.
The third nomination is for ACS Champion of the Year, an award Axis Security won in 2013 and was also a finalist last year. The success in this category is testament to its ACS score that has increased year-on-year, now at a remarkable 171 out of 174, placing it in the top 5% of ACS security companies in the UK. Mirroring this success, the company’s turnover has risen from £2.4 million to over £60 million in just seven years.
Jonathan Levine, Axis Group CEO, says recognition in these prestigious awards is extremely important: “We are fully committed to ensuring all aspects of our business, including training, technology, auditing and client communication demonstrate best-practice and the awards are a crucial industry recognition of this fact.”.
A massive thank you goes to our customers for their support and our employees for all their hard work.
