We are living in difficult times, and in the view of many, these could even get worse. No surprise therefore that the FM team at Exchequer Court decided to put the Axis Security team to the sword by testing them over a year with a series of independent Silver Fox Penetration Audits.
As a result of the team’s success they were awarded the prestigious Silver Fox 2013-14 Certificate and this was presented on site on Tuesday 23rd September to John Evans, the Building Manager for Exchequer Court, by Lynda Moore of FM Contract Watch.
"The Security team at Exchequer Court are highly vigilant and prepared for the unpredictable at all times. These independent Silver Fox audits are a highly effective way of testing the overall integrity of the security at Exchequer Court and are an extremely successful way of demonstrating to our own client that Savills take the security of their building and their tenants extremely seriously. The team are a credit to both Axis Security and Exchequer Court." John Evans, Building Manager
"I am very proud to receive the prestigious Silver Fox Award for our Exchequer Court team and I am honored to be part of it. I am very thankful to the Exchequer Court security officers as they have performed an excellent job, as individuals as well as a great team.” Barsa Gurung, Site Supervisor, Axis Security
A second presentation was also made to Rajinder Khaira of Axis Security for an exemplary performance in scoring 100% in preventing access to the Silver Fox Auditor. Congratulations therefore to Rajinder, the Axis Security team, and to Exchequer Court in undertaking the programme.
The Silver Fox audit has many benefits which include testing your security defences on a regular basis, identifying potential weaknesses and remedying them immediately, and helping an organisations wider audit remit for insurance and corporate governance purposes.
In addition, Exchequer Court successfully gained the Building Security Accreditation. The accreditation developed by The City of London Crime Prevention Association (CoLCPA) is a scheme that aims to raise standards of security within multi-occupied buildings. It provides a benchmark of the commitment of property owners to the protection of their premises, their personnel and the public at large.
