The first week of October was 'National Customer Service Week’. As members of the Institute of Customer Service, we undertook a series of activities in support of it.
One of these activities is the ‘Customer Challenge’, where we challenged each manager to see as many of their customers and sites as they can throughout the week. This was a great way of spending quality time with our customers and rewarding employees who we thought were star performers when it came to customer service.
Well done to the selected Customer Service Champions, who received a badge and a glass plaque.
